AIDA3 “Intermediate Free Diver” License Course

This course is designed for intermediate divers and serves as a bridge to advanced levels. Participants will learn free-fall and advanced ear removal (Frenzel method) with a maximum depth of 24-32 m. The goal is to hold your breath for 3 minutes and learn rescue techniques at 60 m horizontal depth. Completed in 3-4 days, this course will deepen your self-discipline and skills, and prepare you to safely enjoy the deep sea. Ideal for those seeking a serious challenge.

AIDA2 “Beginner Free Diver” License Course

This is a step-up course for those who enjoy freediving as a hobby. The course aims for a maximum depth of 16-20m, improving breathing techniques and ear removal (equalization). In the pool, you will learn to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive horizontally to 40 m. You will also learn rescue techniques with a buddy. This course is designed to further enhance the appeal of freediving.

AIDA 1 “Beginner Free Diver” License Course

The first step into the world of freediving. Students learn basic theory (physiology, safety rules) and practice with the goal of reaching a maximum depth of 8-12 meters. You will practice holding your breath (static) and horizontal diving (dynamic) in the pool and acquire the skills to dive safely in shallow water. This introductory course is safe for first-time divers and can be completed in 1-2 days. This course is designed to build a foundation for the next step in your diving career by acquiring safety awareness and enjoyment of the sport.
